The amenities here could be similar to other projects. But what makes ROC different is the culture they are building. I feel connected with my neighbors, because I can sense that the reason they are here is exactly the reason we’re here! Even our daughter, Sasha is learning to live a lifestyle that is sensitive to nature. And that’s something I will not get anywhere else!
